So if we compare the position is same for both IBPS as well as SBI but the SBI PO is slightly more difficult than the IBPS PO.

The differences between IBPS and SBI –
Designation
SBI: A PO in SBI Banks is designated as Jr. Management Grade-1 Officer for 2 years of probation period.
IBPS: the candidate works as IBPS are designated as Officer Scale-1 or Assistant Manager for 2 years of probation period.
PO in SBI are paid BY 4 extra Increments at the time of joining but IBPS candidate don’t get this type of any extra increment.
