RBI Grade B Preparation Tips
Your first step towards RBI Grade B exam is your preparation. The RBI Grade B notification for the post of RBI Officer Grade B 2019 will be released by the Reserve Bank of India. Every consecutive year RBI conducts Grade B.
Exam Pattern Phase – I
The RBI Grade B Phase I examination consists of total 200 marks

RBI Grade B Preparation
This section is one of the easiest section you can crack this by only basic skills in grammar. Develops a habit of reading. This habit will help to improve your vocabulary. Solve the previous years’ question papers to get an idea.
The mainly Questions asked from Comprehension, Spotting Errors, Jumbles, Antonyms and Synonyms.
This section will consist of 30 questions. the topics are Simplification, Simple Interest & Compound Interest &
Surds & Indices, Mixtures &Allegations, Miscellaneous, Menstruation – Cylinder, Cone, Sphere, Data Interpretation , Ratio & Proportion, Percentage , Number Systems, Permutation, Combination, Probability
It’s easy as well as time consuming
This section will consist of 60 questions so it a very important part to practice. The reasoning questions are very tricky and require a lot of time to practice on this question. This section consists of Puzzles and sitting arrangement.
The puzzles are of much type for e.g. – arrangement, floor puzzle, and a tabular puzzle with two or three variables, blood relation or Direction sense; make reasoning your main section to get a high score.
Aspirant should go through previous 6-8 months current affairs notes and should read newspapers, magazines. It is easier than other sections. \
The topic from the question asked, Verbal Reasoning, Current Affairs, Sports Tournaments Banking and Financial terms, GENERAL KNOWLEDGE etc.
- Never waste time if you stuck in a question just start next question.
- You have to clear the sectional cut-off of each section in order to crack the exam.
- Attempt the minimum number of questions if exam was challenging because there is 0.25 marks deduction is you give wrong answer.
- Read the question carefully before answering.
- Avoid using any shortcut.
- Avoid Guess work.
